Our Commitment
As passionate skiers, we are committed to encouraging responsible travel and hope to make travel sustainable for the long-term by encouraging both our staff and clients to support the environment and local economies. We know that skiing is a sport that relies closely on the environment, so we have made it our mission to protect our playground and make a difference.
We’re always looking for ways to refine our policy and we welcome any suggestions on how we can further improve our strategy to travel responsibly. Please contact us if you have any suggestions.

Our Environmental, Economic and Social Policies
Here are some of our initiatives:
- We can help clients travel to their chosen ski resort by train where accessible by rail
- We have created a collection of properties that are genuinely trying very hard to operate with little or no CO2 emissions, view here
- Our ski experts can help clients select a ski resort that is trying hard to be more eco-conscious
- You can search our website by eco-friendly ski holidays or call us directly for advice
- We share information with our clients before they travel on ways to help protect the environment and reduce water consumption
- All of our travel documents are sent using recyclable materials
- We recycle paper, cardboard, plastics and metal cans in our office. We also encourage staff to continue this at home and use reusable bags when shopping
- We do not print documents or emails unnecessarily. We also do not print large holiday catalogues and aim to print any promotional material from recycled materials when possible
- Almost all of our data is stored electronically rather than on paper printouts
- Clients book over the phone and we’ve reduced the need for paper-booking forms
- All staff members take public transport, cycle or even walk to work. We’re also part of the cycle to work scheme to encourage more people to take up cycling
- We offer fair wages and conditions for all staff involved in our holidays
- We are working with Protect Our Winters (POW) and often take part in charity fundraisers both as a business and individually

- Wherever possible we work with locally owned hotels, apartments and suppliers and encourage our clients to visit smaller, often family-run restaurants, bars and shops to enhance their experience
- We continually monitor the government travel advice website to ensure that the destinations we visit are safe for both our clients and our staff
- We promote and support gender equality within our staff, with over 40% of our senior management team being female
- We will help clients with some form of disability make informed choices about the best holiday for them
