Skiing in Tignes
Tignes ski resort sits at 2,100m and is part of the Tignes – Val d’Isère ski area, which gives skiers direct access to Val d’Isère. The ski resort was purpose-built, ensuring great ski-in ski-out access.
The total ski area amasses 300km and is favoured towards intermediate and advanced skiers. Aiguille Percée is one of the most famed ski slopes, with Tignes’ most recognisable feature, the ‘Eye of the Needle’. Beginners benefit from two dedicated nursery areas, which can be used free of charge.
